AARON BURGESS - RESPITE
During the pandemic the rug was pulled out from under me.
To get through Isolation I sought respite in practices that helped lighten the extra weight that was bearing down on my mind, such as meditation and Yoga Nidra. This helped me gain a sense of calm and I was curious to know how other people responded.
In this series I asked people how they sought respite during iso, and shot them in this scenario.
