An Urban Village in lock-down
In April my mother-in-law died unexpectedly. Her funeral was restricted to just eight people, due to Covid-19. That evening, police interrupted the wake, questioning whether we were breaching the rules of lock-down.
Welcome to the weird world of the new normal.
My pocket of Ripponlea is a microcosm of homes, shops, cafes, restaurants & synagogues. This project asks the question, "What's happening on the inside?"
